Friday was a crazy day. We had an assembly at the end of the day that led to shorten class periods. Even with the shortened mods students would have enough time to complete their tests. What I did not know was many students were involved in the assembly and were not in two of my classes to take the test. As a result, I had those students take the test today.
For the roughly ½ of students that took the test I called them up to give them their test grades. For the remainder of time, students worked on the Frontier Video Guide and Native Americans in the Late-19th Century Video Guide. I also had students complete a survey on the year so far – what is going well, what could use improvement, what else I can do to help them – in Google forms. Since we finished period 5 I thought it would be a good time to reflect on the year.
HW for tomorrow: None – we’ll be reviewing the test in class since all the students who missed Friday made the test up today.
HW for Wednesday: Native Americans in the Late-19th Century Analysis Sheet.
Have a good night!
